George Herrera signed on as the Market Center Administrator (MCA) for Keller Williams Realty Landmark in February of 2008. As the MCA, he is responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting and tax functions and has taken the lead in enhancing financial reporting systems and controls for annual budgets, forecasts and cash management. In 2010, George was chosen to be a Support Analyst (KWMCAngel) for Keller Williams Realty International's MCA Division. As a Support Analyst for KWRI's MCA Division, George is responsible for supporting MCAs across the country to ensure proper adherance to KW Accounting Models and to decrease market center expenses.

In his current role as MCA, he oversees all operations at the "Bayside, Queens" market center and is focused on ensuring that the most dynamic real estate company in Queens, Long Island, and NYC continues to provide its signature training and support to its ever growing base of associates. Focused on productivity, growth and profitability, George works to ensure that Keller Williams Realty Landmark continues to attract and retain the best real estate professionals in the area. 

When he became the Market Center Administrator of Keller Williams Realty Landmark in 2008, the company had 119 associates. Today, associates number more than 250 and Keller Williams Realty Landmark stands as #1 real estate Company in Queens County with over $171 Million in Closed Sales Volume in 2009.

George is a graduate from the University of Houston, where he received a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Latin American Studies. Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty George danced professionally, as a result he has been fortunate to gain cultural experiences in over 27 foreign countries.
